A six-hour introductory course covering: Dow Theory, Breakout Signals, Trendlines, RSI, Support/resistance, Volume, P/E, EPS, Oscillators, Moving Averages, Multiple Moving Averages, MACD, MACD Histogram, Signal Line Crossovers and Bollinger Bands. During the three two-hour sessions you will get a clear definition of what technical analysis is, plus get a firm grip on concepts such as the philosophy of technical analysis, what goes into a chart and how to recognize profitable chart patterns. Requirements: Access to the internet outside of class for online charting and homework assignments. Other: There will be homework assigned but there will be no final exam.
